Welded Steel Grating is made by welding with flat steel and bars with certain distances.
It goes through cutting, opening, edging and other processes. The
products enjoy the feature of high strength, light structure, high
bearing, convenience for loading and other features. The hot dipped
zinc coating gives the product excellent anti-corrosion.
Surface process of welded steel gratings: there are three types:hot-dipped galvanized , electro-galvanized
and spraying brushing and soaking.anti-acid and alkali corrosion
capacity the range PH6 to PH12.5,a stable protective film will be
formed on the zinc surface.it has good anti-corrosive
property.surface treatment.
Tolerance welded steel grating
The allowed deviation of length is +0/-5mm, while the allowed
deviation of width is +/-5 mm.
The non-perpendicularity of bearing bar is allowed no more than 10%
of width of bearing bar.
Cross bar surface should not surpass bearing bar surface 1mm,
beginning & end of cross bar should not surpass the end surfaces of
two sides of grating 2mm.
